POWDER COATING
Our factory facilities enable us to be able to powder coat & cook items up to 5.2m x 2.2m at our Seaford premises and at our Caboolture factory
Both our setups are Batch ovens and can only be completed at our factory as we require our ovens to be at 180 Degrees Celsius for a small period of time to ensure our product has cured. This service is not available on site.
There is a wide range of colours available and items can be colour-matched to ensure seamless integration with your existing decor.
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY PAINTING
This is an extremely efficient method of coating as it allows an even coat of paint to adhere to the object including the hard to reach areas and gives a very high quality, smooth finish.
FABRICATION
We use industry standard machinery and tools to complete our on-site or factory-based fabrication works
